The short version
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from third parties — the fonts are served from our own domain, so no outside company sees that you visited. The only data we hold is what you choose to type into the contact form.
What we collect
If you submit the contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write. Nothing else. There are no hidden fields.
Our host records standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, browser type) for security and abuse prevention, as any web server does. We do not use these to identify or profile you.
Why we collect it
Solely to read your message and reply to it. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share your details, and we do not use them for advertising or profiling.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries directed at us, and your own act of submitting the form.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, on servers in the United States. Submitting the form therefore transfers your data outside Switzerland and the EEA. Netlify is contractually bound to process it only on our instructions.
If this matters to you, please don't use the form — contact us by post at the address below and we'll reply the same way.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, and the GDPR where it applies to you, you may:
- ask what we hold about you, and receive a copy
- have inaccurate details corrected
- have your data deleted
- object to our processing it
- complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, or your local supervisory authority
To exercise any of these, write to us at the address below. We'll respond within 30 days, and we won't ask you to justify the request.
Who we are
Inseural, Zürich, Switzerland. We are the data controller for the information described here.
For data protection requests, contact us through the contact form or by post. Our full postal address is available on request and will be provided in any correspondence.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, we will update the date at the top. We will not apply a change retroactively to data already collected.
